She held in her demesne as of fee

2 messuages, 2 gardens, 80 a. arable and 8 a. meadow in Cramlington, and a moiety of 2 messuages and of 120 a. arable in ?Whitehall, held of the king in chief by service of 1/12 knight’s fee. The messuages and gardens are worth nothing yearly, each acre in Cramlington and each in Whitlow should render 2d. yearly but are now worth nothing yearly because devastated and untenanted.

John de Tyndale , John de Dalton and John de Elyngham , chaplains, were seised in their demesne as of fee of the manor and vill of Trewick. By their indented charter shown to the jurors, they granted these, described as the manor and vill of Trewick with all other lands and tenements, rents and services, with all their members which they had in the vills and territories of Trewick and Belsay, with the mill of Trewick with all its suit and multure, to Agnes Holgrafe , wife of William Holgrafe , for life, to hold of the chief lords of the fee by the services due and customary by right, remainder to Eleanor, described as Eleanor wife of John Hogeson of Trewick, and the legitimate heirs of her body. Agnes died seised as of free tenement. Eleanor then entered by virtue of the remainder and died seised in her demesne as of fee tail.

Trewick.In the manor and vill there are the capital messuage, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; 6 other messuages, each worth 6d. yearly; a cottage, worth 4d. yearly; 100 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 20 a. meadow, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 60 a. arable in Belsay, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and a mill, worth nothing yearly because derelict for the last 20 years. The manor and vill are held of Robert Swynburn of his barony of Bolam by a sore goshawk yearly

She held in her demesne as of fee

1/2 toft and 1/2 husbandland in Hartley, worth 5s. yearly, of the lord of Seaton by knight service, and
1/2 messuage and 1/2 of 1/2 husbandland in South Middletonn062_001, worth 3s. 4d. yearly, and 6 a. land in Bolam, worth 12d. yearly, of the same Robert Swynburn of his barony of Bolam in cottar’s tenure.

She died on 7 April last. John de Trewyk , her son, is her next heir, aged 29 years and more.
