[1]+ John Hals and John Halle were seised in demesne as of fee of the following and granted it to Reynold Kentwode, clerk , Robert Andrewe , John Vampage , and John Hody and to their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. They were thus seised in demesne as of fee and every tenant attorned to them. William afterwards quitclaimed to Reynold, Robert, John, and John, and to their heirs, for him and his heirs in perpetuity, all right and claim that he had in the same and bound him and his heirs to guarantee it against all men. The quitclaim was made by enrolled deed, shown to the jurors.+[1]
He died on 30 July last. John de Clynton , his son and next heir, is aged 22 and more.

The bishop, earl, Edmund etc. afterwards demised, among other things, the above castle, lordship, lands, tenements, rents, reversions, and services to William de Clynton to have and occupy at the will of the bishop, earl, Edmund etc., and William died possessed of this estate and no other. After his death, the bishop, earl, Edmund etc. entered the above and are peaceably seised of the same.TNA reference
