She held the manor of Cotes for life by gift of Thomas Danteseye and Henry Ingepenne , on 7 November 1393, to Amaury and Eleanor and the heirs of Amaury’s body. All the tenants of the manor attorned to Amaury and Eleanor, who were seised, Amaury as of fee tail and Eleanor as of her free tenement. They continued in this estate during Amaury’s lifetime, and, after his death, Eleanor died seised of her estate. Elizabeth wife of William Beauchamp , Maud wife of John Babyngton and Eleanor Braybrook are the kinswomen and next heirs of Amaury as daughters of Gerard Braybrook , son of Eleanor his daughter; Elizabeth is aged 16 years and more, Maud 15 years and more and Eleanor was aged 4 years on 25 May last. The manor is held of the king in chief by service of 1/12 knight’s fee. In the manor there are 4 carucates, each worth £4 yearly; 16 a. meadow, each acre worth 3s. yearly; 160 a. wood, each acre worth 2s. if felled; and £4 assize rents.
She held 1/3 manor of Harlington in dower by endowment of Amaury her late husband, reversion to Gerard Braybrok, junior , as his kinsman and heir as son of Eleanor his daughter. Gerard, described as Gerard Braybrook, esquire , son and heir of lord Gerard Braybrook, knight , granted by his deed shown to the jurors, the reversion of this 1/3, described as 1/3 manor of Harlington, to Robert Darcy and John Druell, parson of Castle Ashby parish church , described as Lord John Druell, parson of Castle Ashby parish church, who survive, and to John Astwyk, senior , and John Stanford , both deceased, and their heirs, royal licence obtained and similarly shown to the jurors [CPR 1416–22, p.435]. Eleanor attorned to Robert, John, John and John. In the third part there are a carucate, worth 66s. 8d. yearly; 6 a. meadow, each acre worth 3s. yearly; and 46s. 8d. assize rents. It is held of the king in chief by service of 1/20 knight’s fee.

She died on 17 May last, without heir.

William Stok, clerk , and William atte Wode of Newbury were formerly seised in their demesne as of fee of the manor of Grendon Underwood, 2 carucates of land and 4 a. meadow in Grendon Underwood and Edgcott, and the advowson of Edgcott church. In the reign of ‪ Edward III they granted these to Amaury de Sancto Amando and Ida his wife and the heirs of their bodies. Amaury and Ida were seised and had issue Eleanor. Ida died and Amaury then married Eleanor, named in the writ. On 7 November 1393, Henry Ingepenne granted this manor, land, meadow and advowson, in which he was seised in his demesne as of fee of, to Amaury and Eleanor his wife, and the heirs of Amaury’s body. Amaury and Eleanor were seised, Amaury as of fee tail and Eleanor as of her free tenement; they continued in this estate during Amaury’s lifetime and, after Amaury’s death, Eleanor died seised. Next heirs of Amaury and Ida as in 562. The manor, land, meadow and advowson are not held of the king in chief, but of whom or by what service is unknown. In the manor there are 2 carucates, each worth 66s. 8d. yearly; 6 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; 180 a. wood, each acre worth 6d. if felled; and £12 assize rents. The 2 carucates in Grendon Underwood and Edgcott are each worth 66s. 8d. yearly, and each of the 4 a. meadow are worth 2s. yearly.

The findings of 562 regarding the manor of Cotes and those of 563–4 and the names of Amaury’s heirs are repeated. Escheator of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and escheator of Devon to make tri-partite partition of the holdings in the king’s hands by virtue of Eleanor’s death and by reason of the minority of Eleanor Braybrok , in the presence of William Beauchamp , John Babyngton and the next friends of Eleanor Braybrok ; and to deliver full seisin to William, Elizabeth, John and Maud for Elizabeth’s and Maud’s shares; and to retain Eleanor Braybrok ’s share in the king’s hands [CFR 1422–30, pp.133–4].
