Richard, duke of York is aged 30 and more, Joyce is aged 36 and more, Henry Grey is aged 24 and more, John, earl of Somerset is aged 36 and more, Alice is aged 32 and more, and Ralph, earl of Westmorland is aged 28 and more.

The following – except for the 296 a. wood in Bourne – were granted by Thomas de Holand, late earl of Kent , and Alice his wife, to Thomas, son of the earl, and Joan, named in the writ, and the heirs of their bodies, with reversion to the earl and Alice, and the heirs of the earl. The 296 a. wood were granted by Thomas and Alice, to Thomas and Joan, and the heirs of Thomas by the body of Joan, with reversion as above. Afterwards Thomas the earl and Alice died, and Thomas the son died without heir of his body and of Joan’s body. Joan, who survived, was solely seised of the rent and manor, except for the 296 a. wood, in demesne as of fee tail according to the form of the grant. She was seised of the wood as of free tenement. The reversions descended as in 61.

an annual rent of £5 received at Easter from the manor of ?Market Deeping (Depyng).
This was granted to her by Edmund, who was seised of the manor in demesne as of fee, in recompense for her dower from the manor, of which her late husband died seised.

Order to the escheator of Lincoln to make partition into three equal parts of the lands and tenements in his bailiwick, held in chief of the king by Joan, late countess of Kent , in dower or for the term of her life from the inheritance of the heirs named in 59 above, and which have been assigned as the purparty of Richard, duke of York , Joyce, late wife of John lord Tiptoft , and Henry Grey, knight ; and to give them full seisin of their purparties, having taken the fealty of Joyce and Henry, as the king has respited the homage and fealty of Richard and the homage of Joyce and Henry.
