Bilbrough, a messuage, 12 bovates of land, and 4 a. meadow, annual value 20s., held of William Norton by one rose yearly.
Withernwick, 1½ roods land, of no annual value above rent, held of John Haytfeld by 18d. for all services.
Withernwick, 2 messuages, 2 crofts, 9 bovates of land and meadow, and 26 a. land and pasture for 26 oxen with the lord’s oxen, annual value 40s., held of John Haytfeld , service unknown.
Great Hatfield, 17s. rent taken from the lands and tenements of Robert Lorde .
North Skirlaugh, a toft with a croft, and 10 a. land, annual value 5s., held of Joan, countess of Westmorland , service unknown.
Pockley, a messuage and 160 a. land, annual value 26s. 8d., and 26s. 4d. rent, held of the king in chief as 1/100 of the barony of Helmsley.

He died on 6 March 1423. William is his son and next heir, and aged 8 and more.
