Failing such issue, the manors and moieties should successively remain to William son of Humphrey and to the heirs of his body; Thomas son of Humphrey and to the heirs of his body; Humphrey son of Humphrey, and to the heirs of his body; and to Richard Stafford, knight , son of Humphrey and to the heirs of his body, to be held of Humphrey and his heirs by the service that was formerly due to the chief lords of the fee. Failing such issue, the above should remain and revert to Humphrey Stafford and his heirs and assigns in perpetuity.
