There is a capital messuage, worth 12s. yearly; 2 carucates of fallow and uncultivated land, the herbage of which is worth 16s. 8d. yearly; 6 messuages, each worth 20d. yearly; 20 bovates of land, each worth 2s. 6d. yearly; 5 cottages, each worth 12d. yearly; a wood called ‘le Westwode’, the sale of underwood from which is worth 6s. yearly; a wood called ‘le Estwode’, worth 6s. yearly in the sale of underwood; 2s. 4d. rent from 2 messuages and 5 bovates of land, payable at Easter and Michaelmas equally;
and the advowson of the church, worth nothing yearly.
