Dunyton, 2 messuages, each worth 6s. 8d. yearly above necessary repairs; 200 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 20 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; and 12 a. wood, each acre worth 6d. yearly, held of John Grene , service unknown.
He held the following at the will of Aubrey Payn .
Warminster, 2 messuages, each worth 3s. 4d. yearly above necessary repairs; 30 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and 1 a. meadow, worth 20d. yearly, held of Humphrey, earl of Stafford , service unknown.

He died on 1 October 1402. Aubrey Payn is his kin and next heir.

John Osburne of Bishopstrow, ‘frankelayn’, and Henry Hikkes of Warminster, ‘husbondmen’, entered the lands and tenements in Old Sarum and Dunyton by trespass after the death of William, and still take the issues, title unknown. Aubrey Payn entered and occupied the lands and tenements in Warminster after the death of William because William held them at Aubrey’s will. He has taken the issues until now.
