Holdings
She held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or service. John Reynes, chevalier , was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Marston Moretaine, the manor and advowson of the church pertaining to the manor, annual value 20 marks, held of John Goldyngton , Walter Peyon , Robert Sireston , John Swannescombe , and John Tyverton as of their manor of Millbrook, by knight service.
He enfeoffed Thomas Reynes, chevalier , John Lovel, parson of Porlock , Thomas, parson of Stoke Goldington , Richard de Maydewell, parson of Clyfton , and Nicholas, parson of Stathern , and their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. They granted the manor and advowson by their charter to Elizabeth and her assigns for life with successive remainders to John Morteyn, chevalier , and the heirs of his body; and to Richard Reynes and the heirs male of his body. The charter was shown to the jurors. John died without heir of his body. Elizabeth died seised and the manor descended to Thomas Reynes , son and heir of Richard Reynes, now deceased. Thomas was aged 13 and more on St John’s day last.

She died on 12 August last. Joan Fyllok is her sister and next heir, and aged 40 and more.
