Bentham, a toft, worth nothing yearly; and 40 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly, payable at Easter and Michaelmas, held of the abbot of Fécamp as of the said manor of Cheltenham in socage.
He formerly held the following in demesne as of fee.

Kings Weston, a messuage and a carucate of land, granted by deed to John Hambrook for life, to hold by rendering one red rose yearly to John de Berkele , with reversion to the right heirs of John de Berkele ; and 100s. rent from tenants-at-will, payable at the four terms by equal parts. They are held of Maurice de Berkele, knight, lord of Stoke Gifford , as of his manor of Kings Weston by knight service
