In the manor there are 2 carucates, each worth 60s. yearly; 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; and 40s. assize rents at Easter and Michaelmas.

He died on 5 April last. William Bernyngeham is his son and next heir, aged 20 years and more.

In the manor there are the site with the houses, worth nothing yearly; 120 a. arable, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 60 a. pasture, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 12 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; 12 tofts and 12 virgates, in the hands of tenants at will who pay £6 only yearly at Easter and Martinmas equally; and free tenants who pay 10s. yearly at the same feasts.

He died on 24 April last. William Birmyngeham is his son and next heir, aged 17 years and more.
