Alice and Margaret are his sisters and next heirs, Alice aged 18 years on 24 February last and Margaret aged 17 years on 21 September last.
Ralph earl of Westmorland occupied the manor from the time of Joan’s death, and Joan late queen of England , took the issues by his hands, manner unknown.
