He held in his demesne as of fee:

Beenham, a messuage and 2 virgates, of the king in chief by the service of keeping the parks of Freemantle and Kingsclere, taking 3d. daily and rendering 2d. at Michaelmas to Winchester castle. There are 40 a. arable, annual value 6s. 8d., 6 a. meadow, 6s.;
Kingsclere, a messuage and a virgate, of John Milton, knight , rendering 8s., annual value 12d.;
a toft and 3 virgates in `Clerewodecote' and '[R]edelond', and 2s. rent in Tadley, of William Fremantell by the rent of a rose at Christmas. The toft and land comprise 40 a. arable, annual value 13s. 4d., and a rent of assize, annual value 5s.

He died 1 March last. P[hilip] Bienham] his son and heir, is aged 60 years and more.

by the grant of John Motyn, chaplain , Robert atte Heth, vicar of Aldermaston , as John Bienham of Beenham, by their deed shown to the jurors and dated 2 Aug. 1389, as all the lands which they had by his gift with remainder to John Bienham and Philip Bienham , and Alice daughter of William Merchaunt , and the heirs of the body of Philip by royal licence, also shown to the jurors and dated 18 April 1388, with successive remainders to Thomas Lyvet , brother of John Bienham, Robert Oxenbregg , Thomas and Nicholas, brothers of Robert, and the right heirs of Philip [CPR 1385-9, p. 433].
He also held in his demesne as of fee 6 a. meadow in `Lilleseye' of Fulk Fitzwaryn in free socage by a rent of a clove gillyflower, annual value 3s.;
and 10s. rent in Aldermaston, Woolhampton and Midgham of John Grauntcourt in free socage by a rent of an unmewed sparrow-hawk.

He died on 1 March last. Philip his son was aged 60 years and more on that day.
