[+1] In the charter, sealed with John’s armorial seal, dated 30 October 1433 and shown to the jurors, the premises, granted with warranty, were described as all his manors, lands, tenements, rents, services, and reversions in ?Tresillian, ‘Trelegh’, Tresithney, Trevarthian, Penros , Padstow, Trevawell , Trewerry, Bosvenning, Raginnis, ?Burnoon, Trenowyth , Michaelstow and Poundstock. [The charter, described as an indented charter sealed alternately, is recited in full.] The charter was witnessed by John Botreaux, esquire , John Herle, knight , John Chechester , John Mulys , Thomas Perrot , and others. John Hawley died seised of the reversion.
