He was formerly seised in demesne as of fee of lands and tenements in Natland, which he granted by charter dated on 18 December 1438, shown to the jurors, to Thomas Laurence , his son, for life, with remainder to the right heirs of Robert Laurence, knight . The lands and tenements were described as all his messuages, lands, tenements, rents, and services in the vill or hamlet of Natland. Thomas was thus seised of the lands and tenements, and is yet so seised.

He was formerly seised in demesne as of fee of the manor of Dillicar and, by charter dated on 19 December 1438, shown to the jurors, he granted it, described as all his messuages, lands, tenements, rents, and services in the vill or hamlet of Dillicar, to William Laurence , his son, for life, with remainder to the right heirs of Robert Laurence . William was thus seised, is yet so seised, and takes the issues.
Dillicar, the manor, annual value 10 marks, held in socage of Thomas del Parre, knight , service unknown.
He was formerly seised in demesne as of fee of the manor of Routhworth and, by charter dated on 19 December 1438, shown to the jurors, he granted it, described as all his messuages, lands, tenements, rents, and services in the vill or hamlet of Routhworth, to Edmund Laurence , his son, for life, with remainder to the right heirs of Robert Laurence . Edmund was thus seised, is yet so seised, and takes the issues.
Routhworth, the manor, annual value 10 marks, held in socage of Roger Petwardyn, esquire, service unknown.

He died on 8 September 1439. Robert Laurence, esquire , is his son and next heir, and aged 40 and more.
