He was formerly seised in demesne as of fee of the manor of Dillicar and, by charter dated on 19 December 1438, shown to the jurors, he granted it, described as all his messuages, lands, tenements, rents, and services in the vill or hamlet of Dillicar, to William Laurence , his son, for life, with remainder to the right heirs of Robert Laurence . William was thus seised, is yet so seised, and takes the issues. Dillicar, the manor, annual value 10 marks, held in socage of Thomas del Parre, knight , service unknown. He was formerly seised in demesne as of fee of the manor of Routhworth and, by charter dated on 19 December 1438, shown to the jurors, he granted it, described as all his messuages, lands, tenements, rents, and services in the vill or hamlet of Routhworth, to Edmund Laurence , his son, for life, with remainder to the right heirs of Robert Laurence . Edmund was thus seised, is yet so seised, and takes the issues. Routhworth, the manor, annual value 10 marks, held in socage of Roger Petwardyn, esquire, service unknown.
