Great Birch, one toft and 7 a. land called ‘Webbes’, annual value 6s. 8d., held of the king in chief as 1/100 knight’s fee.

He died on 29 October 1432. Thomas de Peyton , his brother and next heir, was aged 17 years and more on 29 October.
