Barton-Upon-Humber, the manor called ‘Bayhous Maner’, held of John Beaumond by fealty for all service. There is the manorial site, worth nothing yearly; 11 messuages, each worth 2s. yearly; 4 tofts, each worth 4d. yearly; 20 bovates, worth 40s. yearly; 31 a. meadow, worth 10s. yearly; and 7s. 10d. service rent yearly by the hand of tenants.
Barton-Upon-Humber, South Ferriby, Worlaby, and Goxhill, 2 messuages, 2 1/2 bovates, and 31 a. meadow, annual value 40s., and 4s. 6d. service rent yearly by the hand of tenants, held of the prior of Elsham , service unknown.
He enfeoffed Walter Tailboys of Goltho, esquire , son of Walter Tailboys, knight, master John Southam , master John Marsshall , John Tailboys of Stallingborough, esquire , and John Langholm of Conisholme, all still living, and John Byngham , lately of Barton-Upon-Humber, and Walter Sturmy, lately vicar of Thornton , both now deceased, with the manor, lands, and tenements, to have to them and their heirs. They were thus seised and have continued in their estate until now. Long before his death, he was similarly seised of the following manor, lands, and tenements in demesne as of fee.
Killingholme, the manor, held of Geoffrey Whytgyft , service unknown. There is the site, worth nothing yearly; 12 messuages, each worth 2s. yearly; 20 crofts, each worth 12d. yearly; 130 bovates, each worth 14d. yearly; 276 a. meadow, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 200 a. pasture, worth 10s. yearly; a ‘Fysshbothe’, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; and 5s. service rent and 1lb cumin service rent yearly by the hand of tenants.
Killingholme, 4 messuages, a croft, 14 bovates, 20 a. meadow, and 4 a. pasture, annual value 50s., held of the abbot of Newsham , service unknown.
He enfeoffed Walter Tailboys, Lord Kyme , John Pygot of Beelsby, knight , John Tailboys , and Henry Tailboys , brothers of Walter, Gilbert Gastryk , and Robert Forman of Utterby, all still living, with the manor, lands, and tenements, to have to them and their heirs. They were thus seised and have continued in their estate.

He died on 12 January last. Gilbert, his son and next heir, is aged 21 years and more.
