There is a manorial site, worth nothing yearly; 16 bovates of land, each worth 4s. yearly; 6 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; 16 messuages, each worth 3s. yearly; 3s. assize rent from free tenants, payable at Martinmas and Pentecost equally; a watermill for corn, worth 13s. 4d. yearly; and a wood, containing 20 a., worth nothing yearly beyond enclosure without doing waste.

He died on 28 July 1435. William Hilton , his son and next heir, is aged 50 years and more.
