He was lately seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
South Warnborough, the manor, annual value £18, held, [together with the manor of Burton Pedwardine] in Lincolnshire, of the king in chief [as a barony].
[He lately enfeoffed Thomas Hathy, parson ] of South Warnborough, Hugh Haltoft, vicar of Burton Pedwardine , and Roger Bay of Helpringham [with the above manor, to have and hold to them and their heirs in perpetuity.] The grant was made [by charter]. They were thus seised in their demesne as of fee. [They then granted the manor] to [ Robert ] Pedwardyn and Roger Pedwardyn , kin of Robert, and to the heirs of Roger in perpetuity. The grant was made by charter. The king’s licence [was previously obtained for the enfeoffment as well as the subsequent] grant [CPR 1429–1436, p. 189]. This licence [and the charters were shown to the jurors]. Robert and Roger were thus seised of the manor: Robert in demesne as of [free tenement, and Roger in demesne as of fee].

He died seised of this estate on 26 April last. Roger, his kin and next heir as the son of Walter Pedwardyn son of Robert, is aged 24 and more.
