He was lately seised of the following in demesne as of fee. South Warnborough, the manor, annual value £18, held, [together with the manor of Burton Pedwardine] in Lincolnshire, of the king in chief [as a barony]. [He lately enfeoffed Thomas Hathy, parson ] of South Warnborough, Hugh Haltoft, vicar of Burton Pedwardine , and Roger Bay of Helpringham [with the above manor, to have and hold to them and their heirs in perpetuity.] The grant was made [by charter]. They were thus seised in their demesne as of fee. [They then granted the manor] to [ Robert ] Pedwardyn and Roger Pedwardyn , kin of Robert, and to the heirs of Roger in perpetuity. The grant was made by charter. The king’s licence [was previously obtained for the enfeoffment as well as the subsequent] grant [CPR 1429–1436, p. 189]. This licence [and the charters were shown to the jurors]. Robert and Roger were thus seised of the manor: Robert in demesne as of [free tenement, and Roger in demesne as of fee]. The calendar of 633 is supplemented by information recorded in the manuscript of 634.
He died seised of this estate on 26 April last. Roger, his kin and next heir as the son of Walter Pedwardyn son of Robert, is aged 24 and more.

Nocton, ½ manor, annual value £7 12½d., held of the king in chief as ½ of 1/8 of 1/32 of 1/100 of 1/160 barony and 1/160 of 1/100 of 1/160 barony (medietatis octave tricesime secunde et centesime sexagesime partum de centesime partis centesime sexagesime partis baronie).
