Holdings
She was seised of 1/3 manor of East Torrington in her demesne as of fee. Thus seised, she married Peter and had issue by him a son named John, who predeceased her. She died seised during Peter’s lifetime, and he continued in his possession after her death as tenant by curtesy. She held in her demesne as of fee, reversion to William Frodesley alias Hondesacre, chevalier, and Thomas Dyneley as her kinsmen and heirs because she died without heir of her body, William as son of Isabel one of her sisters, and Thomas as son of William son of Eleanor her other sister; William is aged 46 years and more and Thomas 38 years and more. The 1/3 is held of Lord de Roos , a minor in the king’s wardship, of his manor of Wragby, by 1/20 knight’s fee, annual value 100s. In the 1/3 there are 5 messuages, 4 carucates of land, 10 a. wood and 10 a. pasture.She died on 13 May 1412.
Peter held and occupied the 1/3 from her death until his death on 2 October 1419, and took the issues as tenant by curtesy in the above form. William Frodesley then held and occupied until the day of this inquisition, and took the issues and still does so on the pretence of being Elizabeth’s sole kinsman and heir.

She was seised of 1/4 manor of Repton in her demesne as of fee. As detailed in 818, she married Peter and had issue John, and died seised, and Peter held by curtesy as before. She held in her demesne as of fee of Richard II by 1/4 knight’s fee of his honour of Chester, reversion as in 818, except that here William is aged 24 years and more and Thomas 22 years and more. In 1/4 manor there are 100 a. demesne land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 8 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; 6 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 14 messuages and 14 virgates, each messuage with a virgate worth 6s. 8d. yearly; 10 cottages, each worth 2s. yearly; 1/4 water-mill, worth 10s. yearly; 1/4 hundred called ‘Repyndon hundred’, worth 10s. yearly; 1/4 fishery, worth 2s. yearly; and 1/4 common oven, worth 4d. yearly. The 1/4 manor is held of the king in chief as above.
