Hutton Colswayn, the manor, held of the king in chief by service of 1/8 knight’s fee. 6 messuages pertain to the manor and each is worth 2s. yearly. In the manor there are a toft, unbuilt, worth 12d. yearly; 33 bovates, each worth 2s. 8d. yearly; ?[unclear: 48] [ms holed] a. of ‘forland’, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 10 a. pasture, in total worth 20s. yearly; and 5 a. meadow, in total worth 5s. yearly.
Hutton Hill, a messuage and 2 bovates, pertaining to the manor of Hutton Colswayn, annual value 6s.
High Hutton, 4 woods and 1 a. pasture, belonging to the same manor, annual value 3s.
Old Malton, a croft called ‘Tollercroft’ near Old Malton, belonging to the same manor, annual value 12d.
Synton, a ?garden (ortus) called ‘Wawergarth’ and a bovate called ‘Julyan Oxgange’, belonging to the same manor, annual value 2s.
Newsom Brygge, 8 a. meadow lying next to Newsom Brygge, belonging to the same manor, each acre worth 12d. yearly.
Sandburn, 40 a. pasture called ‘Sandburn’ near Stockton on the Forest and 40 a. pasture called ‘Carleton Leys’ near Warthill, belonging to the same manor, worth nothing yearly above the 4 marks which the king has by the hands of the sheriff.
Hutton Colswayn, a common oven, worth 12d. yearly.
Derwent, a several fishery in the river, belonging to the same manor, annual value 20d.
New Malton, a toft, held of William de Euer, chevalier , service unknown, annual value 14d.
Thomas de Lokton held a messuage and 8 bovates of William of his manor of Hutton Colswayn, as part of this manor, by knight service and by service of paying William 20s. at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions. Robert Louell of Hutton Hill held 2 messuages and 10 bovates in Hutton Hill of William of his manor of Hutton Colswayn by knight service and by service of paying homage and fealty.

He died on 24 September 1425. Elizabeth daughter of William de Lokton his deceased son is the kinswoman and heir of William and Mary, and was aged 4 years on 10 January last.
