Hopwas or Hopwas Hays, an assart, worth 6d. yearly, and a meadow, worth 18d. yearly, held of Joan Lady de Bergevenny of her manor of Wigginton by knight service.

He died on 6 May 1427. John Swynerton , son of John Swynerton , son of this John Swynerton named in the writ, is his kinsman and next heir, aged 20 years and more.
