Ellingham, the manor, by service of 1/3 knight’s fee. In the manor in demesne as part of the manor there are the capital messuage with a garden, worth nothing yearly after repairs; a dovecot, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; 110 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly and no more because in the common field; 32 a. meadow, worth 32s. yearly; 4 a. pasture, worth 2s. yearly; 6 a. underwood, worth nothing yearly because felled two years ago, but its pasture worth 8d. yearly; and 62s. assize rents at Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and Michaelmas equally, and 1lb. pepper at Michaelmas.
Faccombe, the manor, by service of 1/5 knight’s fee. In the manor there are the capital messuage with a garden, worth nothing yearly after repairs; in demesne as part of the manor, 61 a. arable in the common field, each acre worth 4d. yearly, and 52 a. fallow land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 100 a. wood, worth nothing yearly because being in common and not in severalty there is no saleable underwood; and 112s. 4d. assize rents at the same four annual terms equally.

He died on 12 May last. Richard Punchardon is his son and next heir, aged 24 years and more.
