In the manor there are the site, worth nothing yearly; 4 carucates, each containing 100 a. arable, by the short hundred, each acre worth 8d. yearly when ploughed and sown and 1/3 land lies fallow each year and then worth nothing because in the common field, sum £7 7s. 3 1/2d.; n386_001 33 a. meadow and 1 rood, each acre worth 2s. yearly, sum 68s. 8d.; headland pasture, worth 9s. yearly; 2 water-mills, one called ‘Grystmylne’, worth 26s. 8d. yearly, the other ‘Cuttelmylne’, worth 40s. yearly; £14 11s. 8 1/2d. assize rents at Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and Michaelmas, in equal portions; 42 a. enclosed underwood called ‘Foxholethikke’, of which 2 a. can be cut each year and then worth 3s. 4d. an acre, sum 1/2 mark; 80 a. wood, of no value because in common; and 10s. perquisites of the court. In each of the carucates there are 15 1/2 a. 1 rood charged with paying 35s. 6d. yearly to Queen Joan . The manor and advowson are held of the king in chief of his honour of Peverel by knight service.

Date of death and heir as in 385, except that here heir’s age given as 30 years and more.
