She held 22 a. arable in Preston which Semeine Baron and William Childemell gave to her and the heirs of her body to hold of the chief lord of the fee for the services owed, reversion to Semeine and William. The land is held of William Lyte, knight , and his wife Margaret in right of Margaret of the manor of Woodnesborough, service unknown. Each acre is worth only 2s. because the land is charged with 21d. paid every 24 weeks at Dover castle. She also held 4 a. arable worth yearly 2s. an acre in Preston which Thomas atte Chirche and John Powkelyswode gave to her and the heirs of her body to hold of the chief lord of the fee, reversion to Thomas and John. The land is held of the abbot of Faversham by fealty and 2s. at Easter and Michaelmas.
She died insane on 8 Oct. 1421. William Isle , son of Alice and Roger, is her next heir, aged 14 years on 25 Dec. last.
Roger Isle , who survives, has taken the profits from her death until the taking of the inquisition.
