She held more land in the county than is mentioned in 581, i.e. the manor of Credenhill and the advowson of Credenhill for life by grant and feoffment by their charter shown to the jurors of Richard Nassch and Philip Holget to John Bromwych, knight , deceased, and his wife Katharine for life, reversion to John's kinsman and heir Thomas, the son of his brother Walter. John died without issue during Katharine's life, so on her death the manor and advowson descended to Thomas, who entered and was in possession when this inquisition was taken.
William de Clynton, knight , aged 30 years and more, is Katharine's next heir but not in the manor and advowson, which revert to Thomas Bromwych , aged 50 years, as kinsman and heir of John Bromwych .
