She was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Welham, the manor, true annual value £9, held of John Knyvet, esquire , by knight service, of his manor of Great Weldon in Northamptonshire. The site of the manor is worth nothing yearly. There are there 18 virgates of land, each worth 10s. yearly.

She died on 27 March last. John Berkeley is her son and next heir, and was aged 3 and more on 24 June last.

By reason of his minority, the said John Knyvet received the issues of the manor from her death until the taking of this inquisition, and still receives them.
