Holdings

She was seised of the following in demesne as of fee tail. The manor and advowson descended to her by hereditary right after the death of William fitz Waryn, her father.

Appleton, the manor, and the advowson of the church of the manor, annual value 100s., held of the king in chief as ¼ knight’s fee and by suit to the leet of the honour of Wallingford (sectam honoris de Walyngford ad let’) once a year. The church is filled as John Freston is now rector.
John Crofton and Alice had issue: William Crofton , now deceased. Long before her marriage or espousal to John, Alice was the wife of Roger Keston . They had issue: John Keston .

She died on 16 May last. John Keston is her next heir, aged 21 and more.
