He was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Snetterton, 30 a. land, annual value 10s., each acre worth 4d.; and 7 marks assize rent issuing from various lands and tenements in Snetterton, Hargham, Wilby, Shropham, Larling, Brettenham, Illington, Rockland All Saints or St Peter (Rokelond), and Stow Bedon, payable at Easter and Michaelmas, held of the king in chief as as 1/100 barony, viz. the barony of Tattershall.

He died on 2 December 1445. Robert Pakenham is his son and next heir, aged 30 and more.
