Agnes Waldegrave is her kin and next heir, as the daughter of John Waldegrave of Northamptonshire, ‘gentilman’, the son of Isabel, the daughter of Richard Cook (Cocus), the brother of Adam Cook , father of Maud. She is aged 12 and more.
As kin and heir she occupied the above lands and tenements and received the issues from the time of Maud’s death.
