He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief or of any other in demesne as of fee or in service.

He died on 25 March 1439. Edward Wallewayn is his son and next heir, aged 20 and more.

Yelford, a messuage, a carucate of land, 4 a. meadow, and 10 a. pasture, annual value 6s. 8d., held of the king in chief as 1/20 knight’s fee.
Aston,
a tenement, ½ virgate of land, 2 a. meadow, and 2 a. pasture, annual value 3s. 2d; and
3 messuages, 4½ virgates of land, and 7 a. meadow, annual value 12s.
Cote,
a messuage, a virgate of land, and 3 a. meadow, annual value 2s. 6d.; and
a tenement, 1½ virgates of land, 4 a. meadow, and 6 a. pasture, annual value 8s.
Lew, a virgate of land, annual value 2s. 4d.
Ducklington, 2 tenements and 1½ virgates of land, annual value 5s.
Cokethorpe, 3 messuages and 2½ virgates of land, annual value 6s.
‘Babelake’, a messuage, ¼ virgate of land, and 1 a. meadow, annual value 12d.
Bablock Hythe, a crossing called a ferry (passagium vocatum feriam) with a small boat worth 100s., annual value 20s.
The jurors do not know of whom or by what services the above are held. John Scorsse , one of the vicars of the church of Bampton, clerk, and Edward Rede, parson of the church of Ducklington, clerk, received the issues of the above from the time of Edmund’s death until the taking of this inquisition, by what title or in what way the jurors do not know.

He died on 25 March 1435 [sic]. Edward Wallewayn is his son and next heir, aged 18 and more.

The messuage, etc., in ‘Babelake’ and Bablock Hythe are held of the prior of Deerhurst , of his manor of Crokehorn , by fealty and rent of 25s. n063 yearly.
