Honeydon, ½ manor. The manor is held of Laurence Cheyne by suit to his court at Eaton Socon every three weeks. The site of the moiety is worth 3s. 4d. yearly, and there pertain to the moiety 40 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 6a. meadow, each acre worth 10d. yearly; 18 a. pasture, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 16s. 4d. annual assize rent, payable by free tenants; and 6s. 8d. annual rent, payable by tenants at will.

He died on 3 August last. Robert Radmyld is his son and heir, aged 18 and more.

Chiselhampton, ½ manor, annual value 53s. 4d., as follows: a moiety of the site of the manor and of the garden there, worth 2s. yearly; a moiety of the demesne lands, viz. 80 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; a moiety of 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; a moiety of 60 a. land, each acre worth 6d. yearly; a moiety of the rent of free tenants at will [sic], worth 3s. 4d. yearly; and a moiety of assize rent, worth 11s. 4d. yearly. The manor is held of the bishop of Lincoln , service unknown.
Tythrop, ½ manor, annual value £3 6s. 8d., as follows: a moiety of the site of the manor, worth 2s. yearly; a moiety of the demesne lands, viz. 160 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; a moiety of 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 16d. yearly; a moiety of 60 a. several pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; and a moiety of assize rent, worth 17s. yearly. The jurors do not know of whom the manor is held.
Toot Baldon, a moiety of 2 messuages and 3 carucates of land, annual value £5, as follows: a moiety of the site of the messuages and of the garden there, worth 5s. yearly; a moiety of 3 carucates, viz. 150 a. land, each acre worth 6d. yearly; and a moiety of 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly. A messuage and 2 carucates are held of the king , of the honour of St Valery , as 1 knight’s fee, and the other messuage and third carucate are held of John Wilcotes, knight , of the manor of Headington, as ¼ knight’s fee.
Great Milton, ½ manor called ‘Camoys maner’, annual value 10 marks, as follows: a moiety of the site of the manor with the garden there, worth 12d. yearly; a moiety of the demesne lands, viz. 180 a., each acre worth 4d. yearly; a moiety of 10 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; a moiety of the rent of free tenants, worth 10s. yearly; and a moiety of the rent of free tenants at will [sic], worth 5 marks 11s. yearly. The manor is held of the bishop of Lincoln by knight service.
