Baldwin Malet and Thomas Stawell , knights, and William Hastyng were lately seised of the following in demesne as of fee, which they granted by indented charters to William and Philippa his wife, and the heirs of their bodies, so that they were seised in demesne as of fee tail. William died seised of such estate. Philippa, who is the daughter of Baldwin, survives.He died on 21 April 1443. William Godewyn is his son and next heir, aged 12 and more.
