Holdings
She held the following in demesne as of fee tail, by grant of Henry Stampe and John Wacelyn to her and John Bryche , her late husband, and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of John Bryche . The grant was by charter dated at Birch, 24 June 1406, shown to the jurors, after licence from ‪ Henry IV dated at Westminster, 18 June 1406 [CPR 1405–8, p. 187], and similarly shown to the jurors, had been sought and obtained.
Birch, a messuage, worth nothing yearly; 80 a. land, each acre worth 5d. yearly; 2 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; 3 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; and 3s. service rent received at Easter and Michaelmas, held of the king in chief, of the honour of Dover, as ¼ knight’s fee.

She died on 22 September last. Richard Bryche is the son and next heir of John Bryche and Anne according to the form of the above grant, aged 30 and more.
