He held nothing of the king in chief, but he held the following of the king, of the manor of Kilburn, parcel of the duchy of Lancaster.

He was seised of the following, enfeoffed jointly with his wife Elizabeth, who survives, by grant of William Percy, esquire , and Thomas Malbyssh .

annual value 10 marks, held of the following, service unknown: James Strangways, esquire , and Elizabeth, his wife, one of the daughters and heirs of Philip, late lord Darcy ; and John Conyers, esquire , and Margery his wife, the other daughter and heir of Philip.
He also held in service the manor of Barwick, of no annual value to him, of the same James, Elizabeth, John, and Margery, by knight service.

He died on 30 November 1442. John is his son and next heir, aged 10 and more.
