He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or service. He did, however, die seised of the following in the parish of Malden.He died on 27 June 1429. After his death, Walter Chyvall , his son and heir, entered the lands and tenements and was seised of them in demesne as of fee from 27 June 1429 until 8 August 1433. He occupied them by hereditary right, and took the issues. Walter died on 8 August, and Joan, wife of John atte Berton , sister of Walter, is the next heir of Nicholas, and aged 30 and more.
Unknown is who has occupied the lands and tenements since Walter’s death, and taken the issues.
