He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or service. He did, however, die seised of the following in the parish of Malden.
Malden, one tenement and 100 a. land, called ‘Ludwyk’, and a common called ‘Sperfeld’, annual value 33s. 4d., held of the warden of the college of ‘Mertonhall’ in Oxford, as of his manor of Malden, by service of 1 1/2d. or a pair of gloves yearly.
He died on 27 June 1429. After his death,

, his son and heir, entered the lands and tenements and was seised of them in demesne as of fee from 27 June 1429 until 8 August 1433. He occupied them by hereditary right, and took the issues.

Unknown is who has occupied the lands and tenements since Walter’s death, and taken the issues.
