The grant was made by charter shown to the jurors. John was thus seised in demesne as of free tenement and died seised of this estate. The manor etc. should remain to William Cary , kin and heir of Robert son of John, viz. son of Philip son of Robert. William was 4 years of age on 12 August last.
He died on 8 August last. Martin Boson is his son and next heir, and aged 19 and more.
