He died seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Jesmond, 1/3 manor, 60 a. land, each acre worth 8d. yearly, with 1/3 watermill called ‘Thrusmylne’, worth 2s. 6d. yearly, held of the king in chief as 1/20 knight’s fee. There is the manorial site, a third of which contains 1/3 a. land, worth nothing yearly because waste.
He died seised of the following in demesne as of fee tail, jointly enfeoffed with Christine his wife, still living, by grant of John Laton, chaplain , and John Scaleby , to William and Christine, and the heirs of their bodies, as more fully apparent in a charter, shown to the jurors.
Elswick, 8 a. arable and a dovecot, annual value 16s., held of Thomas, prior of Tynemouth, as of his manor of Elswick, by service of 4s. for all service.
Burradon, 1/2 vill, annual value 26s. 8d., held of Robert Ogle, knight, as of his manor of Ogle by service of a pair of gilt spurs for all service.
Weldon, 1/3 vill, annual value 13s. 4d., held of Thomas Hasilryg, esquire, as of his manor of Eslington, service unknown.

He died on 18 June last. John Orde is his son and next heir, and aged 17 and more. He was married by his father, long before his death, to Isabel, daughter of Thomas Hagyrston, esquire , still living.
