Kingston upon Hull, £4 rent from lands and tenements late of William Belford, payable at Martinmas and Pentecost equally. The rent and the lands and tenements are held of the king in free burgage without rendering anything.
He died on 29 August 1420.

John Sleford of Beverley, tanner, occupied the lands and tenements from the time of Richard’s death, and took the rent. He yet takes it, title and manner unknown.
