Holdings
He was seised of the following manor, lands, and tenements, in demesne as of fee. By deed, shown to the jurors, he granted them to Hugh Erdeswyk , Robert Marchall , and William Clerk , and their heirs and assigns. Robert Marchall afterwards died and Hugh and William, thus then seised by right of survivorship, granted the manor etc. to Laurence Fyton, knight , and John Duncalf and John Bosden , clerks, and their heirs and assigns. The grant was made by various deeds, shown to the jurors. Laurence, John, and John were thus seised, and are still so seised.
He died on 25 July 1433. John Hauton is his brother and next heir, and is aged 28 and more.
Laurence, John Duncalf , and John Bosden occupied the manor, lands, and tenements from the time of Thomas’ death, and took the issues, title and manner as above.
