He died seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Kirkandrews, 4 messuages, 20 a. land, and 10 a. meadow, held of the king in chief by homage, fealty, and service of 6s. 8d. cornage yearly to the king on Michaelmas at the exchequer at Carlisle. They are worth nothing because they are laid waste and totally destroyed by the king’s Scottish enemies.
Braithwaite, a close called the lawn (landa) of Braithwaite in the forest of Inglewood, annual value 13s. 4d., held of the king in chief by fealty and service of 8 marks yearly at Michaelmas to the king at his exchequer, by the hand of the keeper of Inglewood forest.

He died on 3 February last. Richard Kirkebryde is his son and heir, and aged 27 and more.
