He held no lands or tenements of the king, or any other, in demesne as of fee, but he held the following manor for life by demise of Roger Lescrop, late lord of Bolton , with reversion to Roger and his heirs.
Little Casterton, the manor, held of the earl of Salisbury as of his manor of Easton on the Hill, service unknown. In the manor, there are 3 cottages, worth nothing yearly; 3s. 4d. free rent from a messuage currently held by John Parker ; a watermill, worth 13s. 4d. yearly; 160 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and 13 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly. There are 44 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly, and 1 1/2 a. meadow, worth 2s. 6d. yearly, accustomed to be in the hand of outside tenants. The manorial site is worth nothing yearly.

He died on 14 February 1437. John Paynell is Geoffrey’s next heir, and aged 24 and more. Reversion of the manor belongs to Henry Lescrop , kin and heir of Roger, viz., son of Richard son of Roger, Lord Scrope, who is of full age.

Richard, earl of Salisbury , took all the issues after Geoffrey’s death by reason of the custody of Richard, Lord Scrope.
