She held the following rent in dowern127 after the death of John Faucomberge, knight , formerly her husband, from the inheritance of Joan, wife of William Neuille, knight, Lord Fauconberg , daughter and heir of Thomas Faucomberge, knight , who assigned the rent to Joan in dower after the death of John. Thomas died during Joan’s life-time.
Cardington, 69s. service rent from certain lands and tenements, payable at Michaelmas only. The rent is not held of the king , but of whom and by what service, unknown.

She died on 6 November last. William Bowes, knight , is her son and next heir, and aged 34 years and more. Joan, wife of William, Lord Fauconberg , is daughter and next heir of Thomas Faucomberge , and aged 24 years and more.

She held no lands or tenements in demesne as of fee of the king, or any other. Thomas Faucomberge, chevalier , was formerly seised in demesne as of fee of the manor of Whitton and, thus seised, he granted it to John Faucomberge, chevalier , his son, and to Joan, wife of John, to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies of Thomas Faucomberge and his heirs, service unknown, with [reversion] to Thomas Faucomberge and his heirs. John and Joan were thus seised of the manor in demesne as of fee tail. John afterwards died seised of this estate without heir of his body of the body of Joan. Thomas Faucomberge survived John his son and afterwards had issue: Joan, wife of William [ Neville, knight ], Lord Fauconberg. Thomas died, and reversion of the manor descended to Joan, wife of William, as daughter and heir of Thomas. Joan, wife of John, continued her estate in the manor, holding in tail without any possibility of issue; and she died seised of this estate, with reversion to Joan, wife of William, and her heirs.
Whitton, the manor, held of the king as of the duchy of Lancaster, service unknown. There is the site with a certain... stable, worth nothing yearly; 16 messuages, each worth 18d. yearly; ... bovates, each worth 4s. yearly; 30 a. demesne land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; [at least] 30... each worth 12d. yearly and no more because flooded yearly by the Humber; and 20s. free rent from various lands... payable at Easter and Michaelmas equally.

There are two buildings on the manorial site, and 14 messuages, each worth 12d. yearly; 3 cottages, each worth 8d. yearly; 2 carucates of land, each worth 10s. 6d. yearly; 2s. free rent from certain lands and tenements of free tenants in Maidford, payable at the said feasts; 6d. free rent from certain lands and tenements of Thomas Keche in Preston Capes (Preston), payable at the said feasts equally; 5s. free rent from certain lands and tenements of Richard Parker and other free tenants in Litchborough, payable at the said feasts equally; 34s. free rent from lands and tenements of the master of the hospital of St John the Baptist, Northampton, in Tiffield, payable at the said feasts equally; 12d. free rent from certain lands and tenements of Henry Fermen , payable at the said feasts equally; and 1lb cumin rent from certain lands and tenements of John Warde in Gayton, payable at Midsummer. The manor is not held of the king , but of whom and by what service, unknown.
