MARGARET WHO WAS WIFE OF JOHN RADEWELL

She held the following.
Radwell, the manor called ‘Radewellesmaner’, annual value 33s. 4d., held to her and the heirs of her body by John, lately her husband, of the king in chief by service of 10s. 9d. for all services.
Radwell, 60 a. arable, 10 a. meadow, and 3s. 6d. service rent, annual value 40s., held of the king in chief as 1/2 knight’s fee.
Colesden, the manor, annual value 53s. 4d., held of Lord Roos , a minor in the king’s wardship, as 1/2 knight’s fee.

She died on 25 October last. Thomas Radewell is her son and heir, and aged 61/2 years.

He is in the wardship of William Beauchampe, knight , and has been since the death of Margaret, title unknown. Thomas Wauwton, chevalier , of the parish of Eaton Socon and Thomas Englisshe, clerk , of Hargrave have taken the issues since Margaret’s death, until now.
