She died seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Walton-on-Thames, 12 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly, annual value 2s.; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly, annual value 4s.; and 1/2 a. wood, annual value 2d., held of ‪ Richard II in chief by fealty and 12d., payable to the king at Michaelmas only for all other services.

She died on 31 August 1394. William Constable , her son and next heir, is aged 40 years and more.

Richard Boughton entered the lands immediately after Joan’s death, and took the issues until 22 June 1434 when William Constable occupied them and took the issues by virtue of letters patent [CFR 1430–37, p. 205], shown to the jurors. He still occupies them and takes the issues.
