He died on 12 April 1429. John Othe was then his son and next heir, and aged 8 years and more, but John died on 4 May 1430 without heir of his body. Walter Othe is brother and next heir of John, and son and next heir of Thomas. He is aged 11 years and more.

John Spenser occupied the land and took the issues only from Thomas’ death until John’s death, not afterwards. His title is unknown. After John’s death, the land was not occupied and no-one took the issues.
