Ingoldsby, a croft, annual value 12d., held of William Sybthorp , as of his manor in Ingoldsby, service unknown.
Walton, the manor, next to Grantham, annual value 40s., held as above.
Thomas Repynghale and William Lacy were seised of the following in demesne as of fee, which, thus seised, they gave to Geoffrey and Margaret his wife, still living, for life, successive remainders to John, son of Geoffrey and Margaret, and the heirs of his body, Thomas Paynell , brother of John and the heirs of his body, and the right heirs of Geoffrey. Geoffrey died thus seised.
Pointon, the manor, called ‘le Southall’, annual value 100s., held of Roger Pedwardyn, esquire , service unknown.

He died on 9 February 1437. John Paynell , his son and next heir, is aged 17 years and more.
